The Self-Learning module provides targeted educational content customized for the individual based on the results of their completed Health Risk Assessment. This content is delivered electronically and consists of videos, links to education websites, and articles that are specific to an individual’s risks. The program is designed to inform and remind individuals of their risks and what can be done to address these. The program is fully integrated within the Vector Wellness Program and is an excellent opportunity for providing participant incentives.
